How much would it be to digitize my artwork?

• We charge a one time fee of $40 per logo. Once your logo is digitized per request we can send you the digitized file so you can keep it!

 

Do you offer New Era?

• We do offer New Era, however please understand that there is a shortage right now on blank new era’s so stock and quantity are very limited. You must email us before placing an order to verify we have the caps.

 

How long will my order take?

• Depending on how quickly you are able to get us all of the information that is needed, your order will take between 3-5 business days to complete and between 7-10 to receive. 

 Do you offer refunds?

• We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

 Do you embroider on other garments as well?

• Since we are a small business we are open to inquiries. Please email and let us know what we are looking for! 

Do you offer bulk pricing?

• Yes we do! Email us and let us know what you are thinking!

Am I able to do a split payment?

• We do not offer split payments. Payment is due when the order is placed, especially for custom caps
